The R.E.S.T. Report is the only source for finding out for sure whether you qualify for a HAMP loan modification or not… before you apply. Using your information, the system generates a report you can rely on to tell you if you pass HAMP’s NPV test, as required by the U.S. Treasury.

The REST platform is a version of the same software used by major banks and servicers to determine HAMP eligibility, so its accurate and up-to-date at all times. Homeowners use the report by sending it to their bank, along with supporting documentation required when applying for a loan modification per the HAMP guidelines. The report is valid for 90 days from the date it’s generated, which should be enough time to receive approval from your lender or servicer.

Once you’ve provided us with the required information about you, your property and your mortgage, you’ll receive your copy via E-mail as a PDF file no later than the following business day.

3 STEPS TO GET STARTED…

STEP #1 GATHER DOCUMENTATION.

First, contact us to receive a "Checklist" and collect the documents listed. It’s very important that you provide us with accurate information, so the system can generate an accurate Report.

STEP #2 COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE

Once you have gathered all of your documentation, you then need to compete the REST Report questionnaire that is provided with the checklist.

STEP #3 VERIFICATION & PAYMENT

After you’ve completed the questionnaire, a counselor will verify your information, answer any questions you may have, and request payment for your REST Report. You’ll receive your Report via E-mail as a PDF file usually the next business day, but always within 48 hours.
